1.Claims must be made within 3 months from the date you receive the product.
2.If Racquets broken, Please do not cut the strings on the broken frame ,Also the stringing way is 2 string 4 knots .Take the pictures to us first by Email/Whatsapp/Wechat way.
3.Paint chips and/or cosmetic damages do not qualify for warranty claim.
4.Damages as a result of clashing of rackets or hitting the floor are not eligible for warranty claim.
5.Stringing the racquet exceeding its recommended tension may fail the warranty claim process.
6.Successful warranty claims for discontinued or Limited Edition racquets that are no longer available will be replaced with similar product with equivalent trade value.
